As a Bilingual Client Loyalty Specialist , you'll play an important role in strengthening relationships with our past and current clients. You'll connect with clients in both English and Spanish , learn what's important to them, identify opportunities to provide additional value, and help create an experience that keeps them connected to our team.

$15 hourly plus bonuses

What you’ll do:

• Build meaningful relationships with past and current clients through consistent follow-up
• Communicate professionally and confidently in English and Spanish
• Make outbound calls that create genuine conversations—not scripted interactions
• Listen to clients, understand their needs, and identify ways to provide additional value
• Meet daily activity and performance goals while maintaining quality conversations
• Address questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism

What success looks like at 6 months:

• High enrollment rate, consistent call metrics, and high client satisfaction scores

What you bring (must-haves):

• Fluent in English and Spanish — spoken and written

• Strong customer service and phone skills

• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging clients over the phone
  

• Nice-to-haves:

• Sales or call-center experience

• Texas real estate license or pursuing growth opportunities
