What You'll Do
As an Air Duct Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality air duct and HVAC cleaning services while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial air duct cleaning services in accordance with NADCA standards.
- Clean dryer vent systems and HVAC components.
- Inspect HVAC systems and identify potential issues or deficiencies.
- Operate specialized cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Set up and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Explain services, findings, and maintenance recommendations to customers.
- Complete required job documentation, photos, and reports.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Represent IAQ Experts professionally at every customer location.
Qualifications
- Previous HVAC, air duct cleaning, restoration, construction, or related experience is preferred but not required .
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other confined areas.
- Comfortable working on ladders and in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
