Role : LLM Software Developers – Professional, Scientific & Technical Services

Type : Short-Term Contract (1 Month)

Location : Remote (USA Only)

Rate : $70 - $90 per hour

Availability : 20-30 hours per week, with 2 hours overlap with PST time zone

About the Role :

We are seeking experienced Software Developers to join a project that helps evaluate and enhance AI systems. Use your programming and software engineering skills to explore how AI can improve software reasoning, coding accuracy, and development efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Solve real-world software engineering and algorithmic problems to test AI reasoning
• Write clear, step-by-step coding solutions across data structures , APIs , debugging, and optimization techniques
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy , efficiency , and adherence to software design principles
• Collaborate with researchers to refine AI’s understanding of code generation , problem-solving , and real-world development workflows

Skills & Requirements :

• Strong experience as a Software Developer , Engineer , or Programmer
• Strong background in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or related field
• Familiarity with Git , REST APIs , and agile development methodologies (preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain code logic clearly
• No prior AI experience required; training provided
