Job Description Patient Concierge: Orchestrate the front desk by greeting patients, managing check-in/out workflows, and maintaining a seamless appointment schedule.
Communication Hub: Direct all phone and text correspondence with a professional and friendly tone.
Financial Stewardship: Calculate patient co-pays in advance, collect payments on the day of service, and manage outstanding balances.
Insurance Coordination: Verify eligibility, determine plan breakdowns, submit claims, and rigorously follow up on any denials.
Account Management: Review EOBs (Explanation of Benefits), calculate write-offs, manage Accounts Receivable (A/R), and issue patient statements.
Practice Growth: Spearhead patient reactivation programs, manage recall lists, and curate the office’s social media presence to engage the community.
full-time $32 - $38 per hour

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
