Job Description

• The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in a variety of administrative and operational functions. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR records management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, eager to learn, and interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• This position would be full time for the summer and then could transition to part time during the school year. The position will last until December 2026 and could be extended.
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events
• Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation
• Help coordinate training and development programs
• Respond to routine employee inquiries and direct questions to appropriate HR team members
• Support benefits administration and HR compliance activities
• Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
• Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Preferred:
• Previous internship or work experience in an office environment
• Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
