We provide the training and support you need to learn the business and become successful. What You'll Do As a Car Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with customers throughout the vehicle-buying process. Your responsibilities will include: Welcome customers and create a positive dealership experience. Ask questions to understand customers' needs, preferences, and budget. Help customers select vehicles that fit their needs. Demonstrate vehicle features and explain available options. Accompany customers on test drives and answer questions about the vehicle. Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process. Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email. Work with Sales Managers and the Finance Department to help complete vehicle purchases. Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, vehicle features, and available programs. Provide professional customer service from the initial contact through delivery. Follow all Bowser Automotive policies, procedures, and safety requirements. What We're Looking For You don't need automotive experience-we can teach you the business. We're looking for someone who is: Outgoing and comfortable meeting and talking with new people. Motivated to learn and improve. Driven to achieve personal and professional goals. Comfortable communicating with customers in person, by phone, and electronically. Professional, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team. Organized and able to manage multiple customer interactions. Customer-focused with strong listening skills. Able to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Possesses a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, recruiting, insurance, real estate, or other customer-facing positions is a plus-but not required.
